01The situation

Ankit Shah had built Silver Stone into a strong local business, sterling silver, gold and lab-grown diamond jewellery that sold well but sold narrowly. There was the offline shop, and there were two separate Instagram handles, one for silver and one for gold. That was the whole online setup: browse a feed, send a DM, sort the rest out by hand.

It worked, but it was fragmented and it didn’t scale. The business was effectively split in two across those Instagram accounts, with no real store tying it together and no proper way to reach the audience Ankit wanted: customers across India and a target market in the USA. To grow past a local, DM-based operation, Silver Stone needed to become one coherent brand with a real store behind it.

02What we built

We built Silver Stone its first real store, and used it to pull together a business that had been running in pieces.

Gold and silver, unified

The brand had been split across two Instagram handles. We brought silver, gold and lab-grown diamonds together into one coherent store, a modern, GIVA-style experience where the whole brand lives in one place instead of two disconnected feeds.

From DMs to a real store

This was Silver Stone’s first proper online presence. Instead of selling through Instagram messages and manual follow-up, the business now has an actual store that presents the range properly and takes orders directly.

Two countries, separate transactions

Ankit’s audience spans India and the USA, so the store serves both, with transactions handled separately for each country inside the same site, so buyers in each market get a proper, native experience instead of one setup that fits neither.

Silver Stone went from an offline shop and two separate Instagram handles to one unified store selling silver, gold and lab-grown diamonds to customers across India and the USA, with transactions for each country handled properly inside one site.
