01The situation

Anshul Gupta built B D Jewellers into a strong offline business, known for its own designs and the skilled karigars behind them. The craftsmanship had real demand. What it didn’t have was reach.

Everything that made the business special lived in the stores. Customers outside his immediate market had no way to see the designs or the quality of the work, which capped how far he could grow. He wanted to take the brand PAN-India, but not with a basic catalogue site. He wanted a premium store, powered by technology that could actually help run and grow the business, not just display it.
